  My favorite Starbucks. I'm here each morning without fail and love all the baristas they're all the friendliest and wicked quick at making drinks! The line always moves quick and there's a decent amount of seating! I'm sometimes sad they don't carry breakfast sandwiches but they have most of the rest of food options so it's still delicious!

  I love stopping by this Starbucks when I'm walking to the T! It's always somewhat busy when I drop in, but the line moves very fast. The employees are always super friendly and professional, which is great.
  
  This store is decently sized, so there's plenty of tables to sit and chat at. I do want to note that this Starbucks could use a little bit of cleaning (it always seems kind of grimy when I walk in, but that could be because there are so many people around), but not a huge deal overall.
  
  Quality is what you expect from a chain, so it's pretty standard - exactly what you're looking for when you're trying to get caffeinated at a Starbucks!

  didn't hear my order. repeated order. didn't tell me they didn't have the requested variety of the product... that or they just got my order wrong.
  
  witnessed a couple spills from staff, nothing liquid, just supplies. they looked tired.... or stressed maybe?
  
  about 20 seats in the shop. ok to hang if you can get a table. they have mobile order. bathroom was clean.

  Best Starbucks I've ever experienced! Matt and his team are attentive, friendly and are a brilliant representation for their company!

  I just had a highly uncomfortable experience with the staff of this Starbucks. I am a regular Starbucks patron and in the past 3 months, I have brought my dog into about 10 unique Starbucks with no issues what-so-ever. So early this morning, I decided to walk to the local Starbucks in Newton, with my small 25 pound dog for a cup of coffee. I walked in and was immediately spoken sternly to for having my dog. The staff made me uncomfortable, used an angry, stern voice and showed very little compassion for me. Having spent the weekend at a funeral mourning the loss of a loved one, this interaction was highly upsetting.
  
  While I admit, I should have called ahead to ask if dogs are welcome - previous Starbucks experience had be believe there would be no problem. I understand my own fault in this situation, but am still deeply put off by the lack of empathy and lack of compassion from the staff. I was kicked out with no coffee and no compassion. Starbucks is meant to be a community building place, where you can feel safe.
  
  Dog owners, your pets are not welcome here. This is not a family friendly location and do not expect to be treated with kindness.
